Why I Built This
After 20 years advising startups — first in Paris IP litigation, then in California after UC Law SF — I kept seeing the same thing. Brilliant founders losing deals, equity, and time because their legal and operational infrastructure was a mess. Not because they were careless. Because no one had ever told them what investor-ready actually looks like on the inside.
